This paper presents a method that allows capture and organization of mental models of all levels of Stakeholders in order to elaborate a System Dynamics Model closer to the reality and more effective on Strategy proposition. This is done through information raised on the application of Group Model Building (GMB), and using PSM specific tools, like Mental Maps and Cognitive Maps. This article explores the possible applications of Strategic Analysis Tools (SAT) in SMEs located in emerging countries such as Ecuador (where there are no formal studies on the subject). It is intended to analyze if whether or not it is feasible to effectively apply a set of proposed tools to guide mental map decisions of executives when decisions on strategy have to be made. Alternative representations of the city are not only a useful analysis tool, but they also provide elements of a conceived new version of lived space that can contribute to ameliorate the spatial justice of the city. This is even truer for intra-local spaces that are the reference scale for many public participation policies, grass-root projects and activists. Motivation and Preferences of Visitors in the Bohemian Paradise UNESCO Global Geopark

There are some localities in the Bohemian Paradise Geopark that suffer from temporal overtourism in the high season. On the other hand, more than half of the geopark is not so often visited by tourists, although very attractive geosites can be found there too. In the most visited localities, nature is damaged due to overloading of the tourist infrastructure, while elsewhere there is pressure driven by municipalities to increase the number of tourists.
